MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The ECDC Enterprise Development Group assists women, minorities, immigrants, and refugees who want to start their own business in the metro Washington area. Provides individual business counseling, training, and credit help. Also provides financial literacy, home buyer counseling, ESL for business, and a computer learning center.
